After all this high-fashion a simple outfit from me. Since I couldn't take all my clothes with me when I left for Australia, I have become the master of new combinations to keep my outfits varied. The top that I am wearing here is actually a dress that has proved itself to be pretty versatile.

OFF TO LONDON

So this is it. My internship in New York is officially over (wow, those three months really blew past me!!) and I'm heading back to Europe. But don't you worry, dear friends, my next stop will be just as exciting. Because I will be moving to..drum roll..ok you probably already guessed from the rather suggestive image above: London, baby!! My new home away from home, where I will be spending the next year to do my master's degree in Media & Communications.

But let's not get ahead of ourselves. To commemorate the absolutely unforgettable times I had in New York, here are some final impressions:

So I was clicking my way through Harper's Bazaar's NY Fashion Week Street Style looks and.. WHAT?! What am I doing next to Giovanna Battaglia and Hanneli Mustaparta?? I have to say, I actually hate myself in that picture but, oh what the hell, it's Harper's Bazaar!! So go check it out.

Anyways, this was my last fashion week outfit which I sported to the Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein shows. I wore high heels to the events but changed into my beloved Keds as soon as the fashionable crowd was out of sight. I find them to work quite well with the dress, too, don't you think?

FASHION WEEK | KATIE ERMILIO

On Sunday I had the pleasure to attend the wonderful Katie Ermilio Spring 2012 Presentation, where the 25(!!)-year-old designer showcased her quite minimalistic yet extremely feminine and romantic collection. The pieces were all very wearable, which made it even harder for me to restrain myself and not rip various items off the beautifully styled models. My outfit of the day was composed of a velvet (loooooove it!) Zara shirt, an H&M dress, Urban Outfitters Wedges and a Topshop bag.
