1. fashionable tea bags.

These adorable tea bags were a gift from my dear friend Lisa. Today I had tea with Karl and Claudia..who's it gonna be tomorrow? Naomi, Jean Paul, Donatella...? I keep good company.
2. photographs by jen gotch.

Just some wonderfully dreamy photographs. You can buy prints on
Jen Gotch's homepage.
3. moonrise kingdom.

I abslolutely cannot wait for Wes Anderson's new film to be released in May! Judging by the
trailer, this appears to be yet another beautifully weird and quirky movie. Who didn't love 'The Royal Tenenbaums' or 'Fantastic Mr. Fox'??
4. currant loaf with goat cheese and pear and mustard chutney.
This little treat has become part of my breakfast (or, you know, brunch, dinner, midnight snack..) routine ever since my mom brought back this delicious pear and mustard chutney from Italy when she visited me in London some time ago. Unfortunately, I can already see the bottom of the chutney jar so unless I find an adequate replacement, the feasting will come to an abrupt halt very, very soon..
5. white dresses.

I know the season for white, light, airy dresses has not quite yet arrived (and I most definitely do NOT have the approriate complexion to wear anything in the light-coloured area at the moment) but I still very much gravitate towards these
Luphia, Topshop and Chloé dresses.
6. my old polaroid.
I found my ancient polaroid camera while going through all kinds of stuff in my old room over Christmas break and I just HAD to bring it back to life! So I started taking pictures of all my favourite people (after being surprised that it actually still worked, having lain under piles of junk and being covered with dust for what I assume must have been well over a decade) and brought them back to London to decorate my refrigerator door. Makes me smile every time I go for a glass of milk first thing in the morning.
7. like crazy.
Aaaand..another film! This time one that I
actually watched recently about a couple trying to make a long distance relationship work. Wonderfully romantic and teary at the same time. Unfortunately, as far as I know, the movie is not planned to be released in Germany, at least not any time soon. But you should definitely try to see it if you can get ahold of it somehow (ehem, legally of course!) In the meantime, you can watch the trailer
here.
